My homework every night from my trainer is to burn at least 700 calories a day at the gym. I can do whatever machines, weights, or classes as long as the calories add up. There are nights when I get off work and the last thing I want to do is go to the gym but I really am trying to put the effort in. Today at work I asked Diego if he wanted to go on a date with me tonight and after he said yes, I then informed him we would be going to the gym on our date. Tricky arent I?!? So I waited for him to get home from work and let him eat some dinner before I told him that we needed to get going so I could get my workout done before I was dead tired. His phone goes off as we are getting ready to go and I knew that it was about the jazz game. His coworker decided he didnt want the tickets so he asked Diego if he wanted to go. Well I was already in my workout mode and wasnt going to waste it so Diego went with a friend to the game and I got my muscle milk and headed to the gym.

Saddest part of all this? Knowing I am going to have to be a gym rat for the rest of my life to try and get/be skinny. But shopping is way funner when you are skinny right?! Oh yeah, and being healthy is a plus too. : )
