When I need a recipe I always find three that look good and take what I like out of each of them and create my own dish. I needed an artichoke dip recipe that rocked the socks off my friends feet. I decided i needed to add bacon to whichever recipe I chose. Here is the final recipe!
5-6 strips of bacon
9 ounces chopped artichoke hearts
1 cup mozzarella
1 cup Parmesan
1/2 cup cheddar
1 cup chopped spinach
8 ounces sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup green onions
{if you want it spiced up add a couple dashes of Tabasco sauce!}
Fry bacon till crispy, crumble.
Finely chop artichokes and spinach.
Mix everything together in casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degree for 30 minutes.
